DETAILED CONFERENCE ARRANGEMENTS

The Weston Turville Village Hall is on School Approach, a turning off the village's Main Street, almost opposite the Five Balls public house. The full address is School Approach, Weston Turville, Bucks HP22 5RW.
The hall has a level access, a disabled toilet and a hearing loop.

Admission to the Conference will be by ticket only, purchased in advance. There will be no tickets available on the day.

Weston Turville Hall map PARKING:
Parking will be limited at the hall and on its approach road, so please share transport if you can. There is street parking on Bates Lane, a few minutes' walk away. Parking stewards will be near the entrance between 9am and 9.45am to offer advice if needed. (If you will be lunching at the Five Bells, you have permission to park there for the length of the conference).

PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
By Rail: The nearest recommended rail station is Aylesbury, where there is a taxi rank and the bus station is only a few minutes away. If coming by train don‘t get off at Stoke Mandeville station unless you are prepared for a long walk; there is no taxi rank there.
By Bus: The current but timetable (February 2015) shows the Number 50 bus leaving Aylesbury bus station at 8.40am and arriving at the Chandos Arms in Weston Turville at 9.10am. This is five minutes' walk from the conference hall.

ON ARRIVAL:
Please show your ticket at the entrance. We are advised that coats and other items should not be left in the cloakrooms next to the entrance as this area will not be secured during the conference. Stewards will be present during the day, wearing ‘Ask me’ badges.

REFRESHMENTS:
Teas and coffees will be provided throughout the day free of charge

THE BUFFET LUNCH:
The buffet lunch – sandwiches, cakes, fruit – will be available only to those who have bought a lunch ticket in advance as part of the conference ticket, but you are welcome to bring your own food to eat in the conference hall.
Alternatively there are three pubs in the village, who of them – The Five Bells and The Chandos Arms – are within five minutes' walk of the hall.
