Activities organised by the Society
The Society organises a range of activities every year, many of which are also open to non-members. These include:
- A Winter lecture programme, one Saturday each month from November to March.
- Outings to historic towns and buildings, churches and sites, on Summer weekends.
- The Buckinghamshire Local History Network Conference, which tackles a different aspect of the county's history at the end of September each year.
- Evening meetings of the Society's Active Archaeology Group, focusing on surveys and excavations in Buckinghamshire and surrounding counties.
